Andrew Armstrong, M. Div., LMSW, LMFT, is the Director of the Gerholz Center. Andy brings to his work 33 years of experience in psychotherapy as well as extensive theological training. Andy is also a licensed Marriage Counselor.

Jerry Walden, M.Div., LMSW, is the full-time staff counselor at the Gerholz Center. Jerry brings 19 years of not only out-patient psychotherapy but also many years in pastoral ministry.

Barbara Horcha, LMSW,Deborah Olson, MA, and Connie Giguere, LMSW serve as part-time professional counselors at the Center, specializing in providing service to children, women and families. Barb, Deb, and Connie bring a deep Christian commitment and, 75 years, combined, of counseling experience to their work at the Center.

Roberta Hardy, RN, is available to provide a nutritional assessment and counseling as an adjunct to the other counseling provided. Nutritional counseling is offered as part of our commitment to serve the whole person.

Val Eagleson serves as Office Manager and Receptionist at the Gerholz Center. Chris Pocza is the Evening Receptionist. Their warm and welcoming manner makes visitors and counselees feel comfortable and at ease.

Peer Counselors are members of First Presbyterian Church who volunteer their services to provide counseling services through the Gerholz Center. Each peer counselor receives extensive training in counseling skills, professional supervision and participates in ongoing in-service training.

The Prayer Foundation is comprised of members of First Presbyterian Church who have committed to pray for counselees of the Gerholz Center and for the Center's ministry. Members of the Prayer Foundation insure that everyone at the Gerholz Center is supported and surrounded by prayer.
